How do I return an item?

We want you to purchase from us with confidence that we will there to help if you need to make a return. We feel we have a very liberal return policy but please review be purchasing from us.

    Our Return Policy:
  • Returns can be made with in 30 days
  • All returns require a Return Good Approval number. (Call or Email us with what and why you need to return)
  • Installed electrical items CANNOT be returned expect for manufacturer warranty replacement.
    We will assist in warranty but this is at the manufactures acceptance and policies, if you have a question please email us.
  • Special order items can be returned, but there is a restocking charge based on the vendor that usually ranges from 20 to 35%.
  • Uninstalled circuit boards, can be returned for an exchange only, we do not give refunds on circuit board purchases.
  • Customer is responsible for all actual shipping costs, if seller is not at fault, on returned its. If your shipment was sent to you at flat rate or free shipping your retuned product will be credited back minus the actual shipping cost we paid to send the product.
