Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

  • For 1, 2, and 3-Day Express Service the following exclusions apply. Spa Parts Experts is not responsible for shipping delays outside our control (i.e.: natural disasters, carrier related issues). Excludes oversized or hazardous orders. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and international orders.
  • Orders with hazardous or oversized items will ship ground only.
  • Orders over $99 requesting Overnight shipping on Friday for Saturday delivery will be charged an additional $15.00.
  • AK and HI orders excluded. (Sorry guys you have beautiful states but cost bit more to ship there.)

  • FOR ORDERS OF $99 OR MORE:

    Orders over $99.00 will receive free ground shipping free 3 day express delivery. This is a residential delivery service, with deliveries Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Please note: There are occasions when standard ground will allow a package to arrive earlier then express (i.e: A saturday delivery, delivery zone issue) in these cases we may elect to send the package standard ground, we will never do this if it is going to take more then the three days to arrive.

    You may choose expedited shipping for orders over $99. For 2-Day delivery the cost is an additional $15, and for next-day delivery the cost is an additional $25. Hazardous materials must be shipped via ground shipping. Unfortunately, no exceptions may be made.

    FOR ORDERS UNDER $99:


    Orders under $99 will be charged an $8 shipping fee. These orders are shipped via ground service.

    You may choose expedited shipping for orders under $99. For 2-Day delivery the cost is an additional $15 ($23 total), and for next-day delivery the cost is an additional $25 ($33 total). Hazardous materials must be shipped via ground shipping. Unfortunately, no exceptions may be made.

    Back-Ordered Items:

    For orders containing items on back-orde, rare but can occurr, Spa Parts Experts will hold the order until all items are in stock. Once all items are in stock, Spa Parts Experts will ship the complete order. Customers may request that in-stock items be shipped as soon as possible, with back-ordered items shipped when available. For orders split into separate shipments, the back-ordered items will ship by Ground once they are in stock. In all case we will notify you immediately of any back-ordered item.

    ALASKA
    :

    All orders shipping to Alaska will be charged a $30 shipping fee regardless of order value. These orders will be shipped via 2-Day delivery service. Any items that are oversize** will incur an additional fee of $10 per oversize item and the whole order will ship Standard Ground (5-7 business days). Hazardous materials must be shipped via ground shipping. Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made.

    HAWAII
    :

    All orders shipping to Hawaii will be charged a $20 shipping fee regardless of order value. These orders will be shipped via 2-Day delivery service. Any items that are oversize** will incur an additional fee of $10 per oversize item and the whole order will ship Standard Ground (5-7 business days). Hazardous materials must be shipped via ground shipping. Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made.

    Spa Parts Experts ships packages to all 50 United States for orders outside the States please email us for a shipping quote.

    I forgot my password.

    Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

    How do I return my product?

    I received the wrong product.

    If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

    When will my order ship?

    Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

    International Shipping

    Do you ship to my country?

    Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

    What are my payment choices?

    During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

    When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

    Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
